ROME
- Aurelio Gentili, managing partner, admitted
to practice in front of before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte
di Cassazione) of Cassation since in 1985,
has tenure at the University of Rome III as Full Professor
of private law within the Law Faculty, where he manages the
second level post graduate Master Course "contract and
European Law". He has been counsel for public Agencies
( Ministry of Welfare - Ministero del Lavoro ,Italian Communications
Authority - Garante per la Radiodiffusione e Editoria ), international
(Embassies) and private Institutions (The Italian Banking
Association ABI, Italian Savings Banks Association ACRI).
He authored several books and publications and research articles
on civil, commercial, banking, industrial and labour law.
He has served as party-appointed arbitrator and chairman of
arbitration panels.

Fellow in civil and commercial law at the University S.Pio
V in Rome.
- Paolo Ceci,

- Alessandro Di Meglio,
